  • 40 ’ houseboat has shore power with 110 electric plugs.  (Plugs only, no lights)
  • No generator aboard.
  • 50-gallon gas tank aboard.
  • Uses approximately 80 gallons per round trip on waterway.
  • No drinking water aboard, only for washing dishes and showers.
  • Propane gas stove for cooking.
  • No linens or towels are included.
  • Dish soap and bar soap for bathroom are not included.
  • Toilet paper is included.
  • Gas barbeque is provided on the rear porch.
  • Catalytic heater for warmth.
  • No paper towels are included.
  • No trash bags are included.
  • Life jackets are provided.

  • Two 75 H.P. Mercury Outboard
  • 50 gallon fuel capacity.

Reservations: A $300.00 deposit to hold the boat until 11:00 a.m. the day of rental. An additional equipment deposit at time of rental plus rental charge.
The deposit less rental, gas and any damages will be refunded to you.
