Rates do not include gas. No refund for early return of boat. Boat must be returned by 9:30 P.M. If you are late you will be charged $45.00 per 15 minutes or fraction thereof. A $20.00 cleanup fee is charged for boats returned excessively dirty. A 6% use tax and a $6.00 lock fee will be added to all boat rentals. Pets are welcome; however there will be a $15.00 charge per pet. There is a 50% deposit to hold any boat, this is part of the total deposit and holds the reservation. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS FOR A NO SHOW!!! CANCELLATION POLICY: 90% of deposit will be returned if cancellation is made 7 days prior to your reservation date. After that time period a 50% refund would apply if a cancellation were made 48 hours before your departure date. Houseboats require 3 weeks notice prior to departure date to receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made after these time periods will forfeit ANY refund.  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! If hazardous weather conditions prevail, a change of date for the rental would be preferred by the marina. If a new date were not acceptable, then a return of your deposit would be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS!! ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
